The house has a separate billiard room which makes it special, so to speak, with a "twist". This house can truly be turned into a representative and noble residence.
Large windows, spacious rooms, warm walls are provided for by the project "199-Alpin". Laminated veneer lumber with a special profile is a wall material that provides protection from wind, humidity and frost. An area of 199 m² will accommodate a large family or a company, so the house is suitable both for a year-round and temporary residence.
