This 130 m² wooden house (with 109.7 m² of usable space) includes:

• A spacious living room combined with an open kitchen
• Two large bedrooms

• A boiler room
• A hallway, bathroom, and a cozy terrace

There are two entrances – one through the terrace and one through the living area. From the central hallway, every room is easily accessible. The interior is fluid, open, and full of light.

Designed for Light and Space

The unique windows—of various shapes and sizes—not only provide optimal daylight but also give the facade a light, airy feel. Smaller windows in the living spaces visually raise the ceiling height, softening the appearance of white walls and enriching the spatial experience.
